SAFETY OFFICER
- S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Project Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the related position as a safety officer/inspector.
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications such as Certified HSE Inspector (AK3 Umum by Kemnaker), Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP), etc.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience implementing and enforcing safety protocols on mining or exploration sites.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures such as Fire Protection, SCBA, Confined Space, WAH.
- Able to identify potential hazards, risk assessment, and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- Able to investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and determine root cause analysis and development of corrective action.
- Able to communicate safety policies and procedures to employees at all levels also encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.
- Able to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
- Willing to work on an exploration site in all PT AMNT remote sites area.
- Willing to work with rotation schedule.
