1. RECRUITMENT STAFF
- S1 from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related majors
- Have a minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field, preferably in Beauty or Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques, professional job posting portal and proactively source candidates
- Proficiency with social media and keeping up with industry trends and talent market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Creative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker, and willing to learn
- Willing to be placed in Bitung, Tangerang
2. REWARD & PERSONALIA STAFF
- S1 in any major
- Have min. 1 year of experience in the same role
- Proficient in operating HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Vlookup/ Hlookup/ Pivot
- Good at time management and communication skills, and have a sense of responsibility, and data-oriented
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang or Cikupa, Tangerang
3. INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF
- S1 in Legal, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Proven experience in industrial and employee relations roles (fresh graduate with IR interns experience are welcome to apply)
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
