HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate employee development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage training and development activities to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate performance evaluations and employee development programs.
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including conducting candidate interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the HR unit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR.
- Good understanding of HR principles and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage data accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and HR management systems.
- Willing to work at Menteng, Central Jakarta.
