Profil Perusahaan
PT. Kalbe Farma merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang farmasi. Perusahaan ini mengklasifikasikan produk obatnya ke dalam 2 divisi, yaitu divisi obat resep (ethical product) dan divisi obat bebas.
Produk obat resep (ethical product) yang diproduksi PT. Kalbe Farma antara lain Brainact, Neurotam, Neuralgin RX, dan juga produk lisensi seperti Cefspan, Fixef, Cravit, Reskuin, Paxus, Alloclair. Sedangkan produk obat bebas PT. Kalbe Farma antara lain obat sakit maag, obat anti-diare, obat flu, dan obat anti-jamur, dengan merek yang telah dikenal luas seperti Promag, Waisan, Woods, Komix, Procold, Mixagrip, Mextril, Minigrip, Entrostop, dan Kalpanax.
1. REGULATORY AFFAIR OFFICER
- S1 of Apothecary / Pharmacy / Biology / Biotechnology with min. GPA 3.00
- Has 2-5 year working experience as Regulatory Affair or related positions
- Preferably has experience in handling generic drugs and medical devices
- Has a good relationship with BPOM and Ministry of Health
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong negotiation and attention to details
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Bahasa)
- Willing to fully Work From Office, from Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta
2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
- S1 of Biology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Pharmacy/ Apothecary with min. GPA 3.00
- Min. 1 year working experience as Business Development, Product Management, or Market Research in Pharmaceutical/Biopharma Industries
- Passionate and adaptable in challenging circumstances
- Good analytical thinking and high initiatives
- Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
- Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta
3. TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER
- S1 of Psychology with min. GPA 3.00
- Preferably have 1 - 2 years working experience as Talent Acquisition or related positions
- Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experienced in executing offline and online events
- Strong communication skills and have good a ability to perform in a multitasking environment
- Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta
