PT Keva Cosmetics International adalah Perusahaan Kosmetik Indonesia yang berdiri pada tahun 2016. Merek kami adalah ESQA Cosmetics.
ESQA pertama kali dirilis pada juni 2016. Pada saat awal launching ESQA hanya mengeluarkan 2 produk lipkit, yaitu Satin Lip Crayon dan Matte Lip Liquid. Namun sekarang ESQA tidak hanya berfokus pada produk lips saja tetapi kini ESQA sudah memiliki berbagai macam produk yang berfokus pada face, eyes, cheeks, dan lips.

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - BANDUNG
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 (Min. 6 months of experience in Beauty) / Senior High School Graduate (Min. years of experience in Beauty).
- Knowledgeable in the cosmetic industry to identify opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa, proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to build and maintain relationships.
- Result-oriented, agile, adaptive, positive mindset and energy.
- Discipline and effective time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with cosmetic stores to achieve goals.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of products.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals that align with the company's goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Trade Marketing.
- Break down, monitor, evaluate, and achieve targets by stores.
2. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT INTERN
REQUIREMENTS
- College student in final year or Fresh graduate.
- Able to work for a 6-month internship.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of beauty products and their functions.
- Passionate about the beauty industry.
- Willing to work from the office at ESQA Headquarters, Kebayoran Baru.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in product sample receiving & benchmark delivery.
- Check proof prints conformity with final artwork.
- Assist in requesting approval for finished goods proofs.
- Prepare product mock-ups for cross-division inquiries.
- Input product updates and registry into the database.
