DATA ENTRY CLERK
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous work experience as data entry staff, administration or similar position is a plus.
- Fast and accurate typing ability with a minimum speed of 50-70 words per minute.
- High attention to detail.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Thorough, focused, and patient.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to adapt to change.
- Able to work under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter data into computer systems according to instructions and procedures.
- Check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data entry problems.
- Update databases and reports periodically.
- Perform other data entry tasks as assigned.
- Checking and sorting physical documents.
- Willing to work on-site.
