PT Sasana Kreasi Propertindo (Kreasi Land) is hiring:

1. HR GENERALIST

• S1 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
• 2 years or above of proven working experience as a HR Generalist, in the Hospitality Industry is preferred
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics 
• Understand HR function and HR strategies for company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
• Have a certificate HR (is a plus)
• Proficient google workspace and Ms. Office
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and evaluation methods
• Strong soft skills

2. SPV OPERATIONAL

• S1 in any major
• 2 years or above of proven working experience as Supervisor/Assistant Manager Hotel/ Resort/ F&B 
• Have a good management risk and problem solving
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Good Analytical skills, Well organized
• Able to work individual or in a team 
• Willing to be placed in Bandung Barat

3. FINANCE MANAGER

• S1 in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 4 years experience in Finance or Accounting Manager
• Have a very good understanding of the Hotel/Hospitality Industry.
• Have understanding tax regulations in Indonesia
• Have Understanding PSAK Hotel/Hospitality Industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good listener, proactive, can stand up and drive changes
• Experience in using ERP system
• Experience in preparing and controlling business performance
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Analytical skills
• Well-organized, attention to details and able to work with deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Bandung Barat
