1. COST ACCOUNTANT
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 in Accounting or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Prepare comprehensive monthly budgeting reports and enhance financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Analysis company's monthly profit and loss statements to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
- Gather, research, classify, and evaluate data to provide valuable analytical support for business decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial information and insights are provided.
2. ENGINEER
- Min. S1 Computer Science, Mechatronic, or Electrical;
- Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, writing).
- Able to communicate in Mandarin;
- Advanced MS Office skill especially in MS Excel;
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skill,
- Hardworking, and ready to work under pressure;
- Excellent in working within a team, with good communication skills.
- Good attitude is a must.
- Good personality, critical thinking, and analytic skill
- Able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willing to work overtime to finish deadlines
- Willing to relocate to Batam, Riau Islands
3, QC STAFF
- S1 Majoring in Electronics/Industrial Engineering
- At least have 2 years Working Experience in Quality
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Able to use QC Tools and Good Computer Skills (Ms.Office etc)
- Pro-Active, Fast Learner, Excellent Analytical and Logical Thinking
- Good Communication Skill, Hard Working and ready to work Under Pressure
4. PRODUCTION STAFF
- S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Proficiency in using Ms. Office Skills, especially MS. Excel
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in SMT assembly
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, implementing improvement initiatives, open-minded, and collaborative learn as a team
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and process improvements in SMT assembly
5. SECURITY
REQUIREMENT:
- Male/Female
- Min. high school diploma or equivalent
- Security training certification is preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a security officer or in a related field
- Physically and mentally fit
- Ability to understand and communicate in basic English.
- Ability to use basic computer applications and security software.
- Ability to effectively monitor areas and identify potential threats.
- Good physical condition, capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Possession of a martial arts certification.
- Honest, responsible, and high integrity.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensure the safety and security of the area under your responsibility through regular patrols and vigilant monitoring.
- Oversee and control access to the building or area being guarded.
- Handle emergency situations and provide a quick and appropriate response.
- Coordinate with the police and other emergency services when necessary.
