1. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- S1 in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related field.
- 3 year experience as Learning & Development roles from Mining/Oil & Gas Company.
- HR Supervisor and TOT Certified required.
- Understand about TNA, LMS and and training process.
- Experience with implementation of In-house and outside training and certification.
- Experience to manage training outcome, implementation of training and handle training cost budget.
- Mastering data processing and visualization using spreadsheet and Excel.
- Willing to be placed in Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur
- Schedule Work: Roster 8:2.
2. MECHANIC TRAINER
- D3/ S1 in Heavy Equipment/ Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related
- 5 years experience as Mechanical Trainer in the mining sector or heavy equipment company
- POP, TOT and BMC Certified required
- Mastering to create Training Module & Matrix as well
- Familiar with mechanical competence in mining companies
- Excellent for identify types and basics of maintenance.
- Understand the implementation of daily inspections and maintenance of heavy equipment
- Mastering training, coaching and mentoring patterns
- Willing to be placed in Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur
- Schedule Work: Roster 8:2
3. FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MINING
- S1 in Mine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics (fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome);
- 2 years experienced handled Data FMS;
- Have knowledge Identification & Classification of problems, Component and Sub Component groups for Mining equipment,
- Excellent track records in handling a team of mechanics;
- Familiar in fleet maintenance and tire management,
- Have experienced software FMS (Wenco/ Modular/ Hexagon/ Satnet/ Mathlab);
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill-sets;
- Willing to be placed in Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur
- Schedule Work: Roster 8:2
4. DRILL & BLAST OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT
- S1 in a Mine Engineering, Geological Engineering or related field;
- 3 year experience as Drill & Blast Superintendent in a mining company,
- POP and KJL 2 Certified required;
- Expert with applications of drill and blast design;
- Familiar with PIT process and blasting improvement;
- Mastering with HSE procedure in drill and blasting,
- Mastering Good Mining Practice also Drill & Blast concept and document control;
- Familiar with the current mine plan and future deployment;
- Willing to be placed in Kutai Barat - Kalimantan Timur,
- Schedule Work: Roster 8:2.
5. HEAVY EQUIPMENT TRAINER
- D3/ S1 in Heavy Equipment/ Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related
- 5 years experience as Heavy Equipment Trainer in the mining sector or heavy equipment company
- POP, TOT and SIO Certified required
- Proficient the types and basics of operating heavy equipment (Excavator, Dump Truck, Grader, Dozer, etc.).
- Understand the implementation of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment
- Mastering training, coaching and mentoring patterns
- Mastering to create Training Module & Matrices as well
- Willing to be placed in Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur
- Schedule Work: Roster 8:2
