1. PROCESS ENGINEER ASSEMBLY
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, maintain, and update the depaneling, soldering, O-ring mounting, Housing assembly, Potting crimping. and stamping process documentations such as Control Plan, FMEA, Work Instruction, golden sample.
- Perform detail process and equipment analysis in order to perform a process capability, capacity, and failures analysis.
- Define machine requirements, capability and buy-off.
- Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
- Monitoring and control the process performance throughout production.
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
- Initiate and lead the yield improvement activities.
- Monitoring and review of production performance including Delivery performance, Quality level and Productivity on a continuous basis.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- D3/ S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position is required.
- Knowledge of depaneling, soldering, O-ring mounting, Housing assembly, Potting crimping, and stamping process.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawing.
- Knowledge of DMAIC methodology.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF 16949
- Minitab/related software for analysis.
- ERP system (SAP)
2. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - CALIBRATION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and test calibration tester machine.
- Generate all the documentation i.e.: DR items, FMEA, and Control Plan.
- Perform detail process and equipment analysis in order to perform a process capability, capacity, and failures analysis.
- Develop calibration parameters to meet performance, quality. and timing requirements.
- Utilized analysis techniques and tools to verify calibration quality.
- Develop and maintain calibration procedures.
- Develop production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
- Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
- Train new staff and provide instructions and manuals.
- Monitoring and review of production performance including Delivery performance, Quality level and Productivity on a continuous basis.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- D3/ S1 in Electrical / Computer Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical testing and calibration
- Must have worked in factory with automotive quality standards.
- Have great knowledge in the following system: SQL, C# Visual basic, Analogue and Digital signals, PLC Programming language,
- Knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF 16949
- Knowledge of DMAIC methodology
- Minitab/related software for analysis
- ERP system (SAP)
3. PROCESS ENGINEER - EOL (LEAK TEST & CALIBRATION)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, test calibration tester and high-pressure test machine.
- Develop, maintain, and update the leak test, offset measurement, resistance measurement and marking process documentations such as Control Plan, FMEA, Work Instruction, golden sample.
- Define machine requirements, capability and buy-off.
- Perform detail process and equipment analysis in order to perform a process capability, capacity, and failures analysis.
- Develop calibration parameters to meet performance, quality, and timing requirements.
- Utilized analysis techniques and tools to verify calibration quality.
- Develop production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
- Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
- Train new staff and provide instructions and manuals.

- Thorough knowledge Helium leak test process and calibration.
- Thorough knowledge Measurement Tool, Lauda
- Strong Mechanical & Electrical drawing
- Integrated management system (EMS, QMS, OHAS) Strong knowledge of statistics (Minitab)

4. PROCESS ENGINEER - FOL
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop/maintain, and update the Die attach, wirebond, gel fill, plasma clean process
- Define machine requirements, capability and buy-off.
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
- Perform detail process and equipment analysis in order to perform a process capability, capacity, and failures analysis.
- Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
- Monitoring and control the process performance throughout production.
- Initiate and lead the yield improvement activities.
- Monitoring and review of production performance including Delivery performance, Quality level and Productivity on a continuous basis.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- D3/ S1 in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electronics component manufacturing environment.
- Must have worked in factory with automotive quality standards.
- Have a great knowledge in Die attach process and machine (Datacon/Esec/ASM). Aluminum wire bonding process and machine (Delvotec/ASM/KNS), Gel fill and encapsulation process and machine, Plasma cleaning machine
- Knowledge of (EMS, QMS, OHAS) FMEA (Design and Process) Core tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning). SPC, MSA & PPAP
- ERP system (SAP)
