FACTORY RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR
- Min. S1 in Psychology
- At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG Manufacture
- Strong in sourcing candidates, approach candidates, manage the recruitment process, and maintain relation with user
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills, high discipline, motivation, responsible, analytical thinking and attention to details
- Good coordination and administrative skills, high accuracy, and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Able to work independently as well as working in a team and willing to work under pressure
- Understand and experienced in conducting and interpreting psychological tests and driving process improvements with data
