1. MINE ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same related position in Gold / Copper Mining Industry
- Having strong knowledge in Micromine, Minescape, Surpac, Autocad, ArcGis, Minceshed
- Having POP Certificate is a MUST
- Have good communication skills, adaptability and attention with detail
- Proficient skills: Microsoft Office
- Willing to be placed in Site Ciemas, Sukabumi, West Java with roster
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare forecast short term and long term mine plan designs (daily, weekly, and monthly) based on geologist data, survey data
- Prepare mining operations and the construction of infrastructure and facilities for mining
- Control budgeting for mining operations
- Support mining operations with identification / implementation of operational improvement opportunities and priorities, programs and productivity targets within the mining business
- Make daily, weekly, monthly report
2. MINE GEOLOGIST
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Geology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same related position in Gold / Copper Mining Industry
- Having strong knowledge in Micromine, Minescape, Surpac, Autocad, ArcGis
- Strong technical skills in mine geology, grade control drilling, and sampling
- Geological interpretive skills, understanding and recognition of mineralization models and geological process
- Having POP Certificate is a MUST
- Understand good mining practice standards
- Have good communication and attention with detail
- Willing to be placed in Site Ciemas, Sukabumi, West Java with roster
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the implementation of mine geology activities such as rock sampling, blast hole sampling, RC drilling sampling, grab sampling and channel sampling, ore digging, and being actively involved in mapping including blast hole mapping & pit mapping so that there are no errors in material classification
- Prepare and ensure the availability of the grade control and ore control activity progress report by updating the ore mined, ore to the mill, and ore stock data in tonnage and grade, compile the daily reports & grade control reconciliation, ore to LP & ore remain
- Supervise the implementation of the stockpile activity, coordinate & communicate with the Mining section for strategic execution and operational issue in the stockpile area
- Delivery of the studies needed for the grade control business process improvement such as sampling review, QAQC, bulk density review, etc
3. GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Geology/ Civil Engineering/ Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
- Having strong knowledge in geotechnical parameters, modeling methods, geology and analysis software such as Micromine or Surpac
- Having POP Certificate
- Willing to be placed in Site Ciemas, Sukabumi, West Java with roster
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor pit slope and dump slope conditions, coordinate with mining engineers and mining operations
- Investigate geological and water data for mining areas
- Design mine, structure and infrastructure
- Make daily, weekly and monthly report to Mine Engineer
