PT Lion Wings is hiring:

1. HR SUPERVISOR 

JOBDESC:
  • Ensure implementation of compensation and benefits administration comply with the company policies and other regulations or legislation.
  • Ensure all HR documentations, policies, and procedures are maintained and updated.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS (Human Resource Information System)records related to personnel data, attendance, and leaves.
  • Generate and provide timely and accurate regular and ad-hoc HR reports.
  • Supervise the day-to-day HR personnel operations.
  • Stay updated with Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to compensation benefits and personnel function. 
REQUIREMENT:
  • Min. S1 in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field with min. GPA 3.00/4.00.
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in similar roles, preferably from FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations legislation.
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
  • High integrity, able to maintain confidentiality.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS system and excellent proficiency in Ms. Office especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta.

2. HR STAFF

JOBDESC:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll administration and benefit administration processes
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local labor regulations
REQUIREMENT:
  • Min. S1 in any major with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration or a similar role, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Good understanding of HR practices and principles
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta.

3. GA SENIOR STAFF

JOBDESC:
  • Coordinate General Affairs operation, including facility management, security management, and others GA operation
  • Ensure timely and accurate office supply management (stationary, uniform, office furniture, etc.) for all departments
  • Manage and renew company licenses and permits required for operation
  • Facilitate the application and renewal process for import licenses, ensuring compliance with customs regulations
  • Coordinate expatriate permits and related documentation, collaborating with relevant authorities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve general affair issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all general affair activities
REQUIREMENT:
  • Min. S1 in Law, Civil Engineering, or related field with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affair preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures related to company licensing, import licensing, and expatriate permits
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta.
