1. HR TRAINING & CULTURE SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 in Management/ equal.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a trainer.
- Has an experiences develop a training module, conduct TNA, and training assessment.
- Location: South Jakarta - SCBD, District 8
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop a training materials.
- Conduct TNA and process for the creation of training modules.
- Become a trainer for various activities that have been scheduled.
- Performing data processing for training results.
- Doing photo or video editing for poster/learning media and documentation for activities that have been carried out.
- Familiar with e-library.
2. HSE MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Indonesian Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
- Professional qualifications or certifications in Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) management, and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE preferably in a similar setting like office buildings, apartments, or hotels.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and programs tailored to the specific needs of the building, apartment, or hotel.
- Knowledge of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain HSE records, documentation, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and • Environment System procedures, keeping them up-to-date in accordance with changes in legislation and company directives.
- Oversee and ensure the successful completion of HSE audits conducted by external parties.
- Develop new policies addressing safety, health, and environmental concerns, which may involve implementing new equipment, creating training programs, and strategies to enhance productivity while adhering to safety standards.
- Manage and control budgets related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives.
- Conduct both internal and external safety audits.
- Provide safety guidance and advice, including supervising the preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.
- Demonstrate working knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environment
- Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation using the Tripod Beta Tool, HSE Auditing Techniques, HEMP, and Radiological Safety.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
3. HSE SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Fire System Engineering, Public Health, or Environmental Techniques.
- Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3U).
- Thorough understanding of statutory requirements related to the Work
- Safety & Health (WSH) Act and other safety aspects.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and influence others.
- Proficient in working under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Report directly to the HSE Manager.
- Performing inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Be well-versed in the operation of passive and active fire protection equipment for buildings.
- Organize the planning, implementation, and supervision of Workplace Safety and Health standards and emergency response activities.
- Demonstrate understanding of ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, and SMK3 implementation.
- Enforce safety codes and regulations within the organization.
- Investigate and apply suitable disciplinary actions for safety violators.
- Develop an annual budget.
- Train and coach employees or emergency response teams in safety procedures, including first aid, fire rescue, firefighting, and evacuation protocols in case of emergencies.
4. MARKETING COMMUNICATION SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Public Relation and Marketing Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Property Industry.
- Excellent communication (English): strong presentation, verbal and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Microsoft Software and Graphic design skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy.
- Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company's online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules.
- Encourage greater social media participation.
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's social media strategy.

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitor company social media platform and website.
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
- Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
