- Develop and manage the overall strategy for affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Maintain relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to optimize performance.
- Monitor and affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Ensure all content produced by KOLs and affiliates adheres to brand guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in both influencer and affiliate marketing to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
2. TALENT ACQUISITION
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the entire recruiting process and best practices.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills (both speaking and writing), and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple job openings at once.
- High level of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
3. GRAPHIC DESIGNER
- S1 in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design applications.
- 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. LIVE STREAM OPERATOR
- 1-2 years of experience in live streaming, video production, or broadcasting.
- Proficiency in live streaming software and platforms (e.g., OBS, etc).
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of audio-visual equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and social media platforms and their streaming capabilities
5. E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an E-commerce Specialist or other relevant position, preferably in the beauty brand industry.
- Experienced in managing marketplace ads.
- Proficient in advanced Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with all metrics relevant to marketplaces and able to provide insights and action plans based on data analysis
