HC OPERATION STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS:
- S1 in Psychology/ Management/ Economics or related major.
- At least have 1-3 years of working experience as an HC Operation / HC Generalist / Payroll / Compensation & Benefit Staff.
- Have good knowledge about compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Have experience using Talenta (by Mekari), Odoo, Edabu, SIPP, etc.
- Have certifications in HC will be preferred.
- Placement: Head Office - South Jakarta
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Maintain and manage overall employee data in the Human Capital Information System (HCIS).
- Handle administration related to employee benefits (health insurance, welfare programs, and BPJS).
- Monitor and manage data on employee attendance, leave, permits, and overtime.
- Process and ensure the payroll process runs smoothly and accurately.
- Provide administrative support in terms of employee relations management including related forms.
- Manage all administration documents of HCGA (such as employment contracts, employee data, performance records, and related documents).
