REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 in Psychology/ Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year experience as Talent Acquisition Staff or recruiter
- Must possess excellent interview skills
- Proficient in operating computers & HRIS is a must
- Proficient with work tools such as Gdrive, Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slide, or other workspaces.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, Monday-Saturday
- Capable of working using own laptop
- Placement : Puri Kembangan & Tanjung Duren
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the recruitment process (Mass Hiring), including candidate search, interviews, and selection.
- Organizing onboarding new employees.
