1. OD SPECIALIST

  • S1 in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in OD or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in organizational development or related roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing OD programs and initiatives.
  • Profound knowledge of Excel functions, including advanced data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other Excel tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with OD frameworks and best practices.
  • Understanding of performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with other data analysis tools and HR software is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

2. HR GA

  • S1 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or general affairs.
  • Proven experience in handling HR administrative tasks and office management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

3. ACCOUNTING OFFICER GL

  • S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.

  • Experience with training and system go-live processes.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating.

5. TAX SUPERVISOR PPH

  • S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Experience with SPT Masa PPh and SPT Tahunan PPh Badan.
  • Familiarity with Transfer Pricing documentation requirements.

6. WATER MANAGEMENT

  • S1 Geography, Agriculture/ Hydrology and other related subject.
  • Expert in GIS and Water management analysis
  • Experience in GIS is preferable
  • Strong leadership skill

  • Pengalaman Minimal 2-6 tahun sebagai Water Management di Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit / HTI
  • Memahami Konsep Konservasi Air
  • Menguasai Prosedur dan Teknis Water Management
  • Membuat Peta Laporan Progres Pekerjaan
  • Menganalisa serta Menyusun Action Plan atas Kondisi TMAT
