1. OD SPECIALIST
- S1 in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications in OD or related fields are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in organizational development or related roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing OD programs and initiatives.
- Profound knowledge of Excel functions, including advanced data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other Excel tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

- Familiarity with Transfer Pricing documentation requirements.
