CONTRACT LOGISTIC
- S1 in in Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field is often required with minimum 5 years’ contract administrator/procurement experience preferably within a Logistic company.
- Must have minimum 5 years’ of experience in contract management, procurement, legal, or a similar role, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts;
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to contract management, such as contract law, intellectual property rights, data protection, or compliance requirements;
- Strong knowledge of contract management principles, practices, and legal frameworks; Familiarity with different types of contracts, such as sales agreements, service contracts, procurement contracts, or partnership agreements;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to articulate complex contract terms in a clear and concise manner;
- Experienced as SAP user ( module SAP Ariba;
- General understanding of the Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations;
- Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail; Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
