PT Citra Palu Minerals (PT CPM) adalah perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia dalam rangka Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA). PT CPM merupakan pemegang Kontrak Karya (KK) Generasi VI di bidang pertambangan umum untuk bahan galian logam dasar, yang ditandatangani oleh Menteri Pertambangan dan Energi untuk dan atas nama pemerintah Republik Indonesia pada tanggal 28 April 1997 sebagaimana telah disetujui oleh Presiden RI berdasarkan Persetujuan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor B.143/Pres/3/1997, tertanggal 17 Maret 1997.

1. LAND ACQUISITION & DATABASE SUPERVISOR
- Min. S1
- Male, physically and mentally fit
- Minimum age of 28 years
- Have at least 5 years of work experience in the same field
- Have good administrative skills, especially documents regarding land acquisition (land acquisition)
- Assertive, Communicative, and have negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office word and excel
- Placement at Palu
2. OPERATIONAL PURCHASE SUPERVISOR
- Min. S1, preferably engineering degree (Mechanical / Industrial)
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
- Have at least 2 years of EPC experience
- Able to communicate & negotiate
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, thorough and ready to work hard
- Mastering & able to speak English both orally and in writing
- Placement at Palu
3. HSE TRAINING SUPERVISOR·
- Min. D3 related to Communication Science, Management, Occupational Safety and Health
- Male/ Female maximum 40 years old, physically and mentally healthy
- Have more than 3 years of working experience in the field of OHS and mining training
- Have experience in delivering underground mining training (preferred)
- Have Primary Operational Supervisor (POP) training, minimum Training of Traner (TOT) level 4- BNSP and/or SMKP implementation
- Can communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure, eager to learn and motivated by HSE culture
- Placement at Palu
4. CONDITION MONITORING & ANALYZER OFFICER
- Min. S1 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering would be helpful.
- Specialized training in vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques is also desirable.
- Certifications and Experience: Level-1 certification in condition monitoring.
- At least 6 years of experience in petrochemical, oil and gas industry in condition monitoring.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from equipment.
- Understanding of condition monitoring techniques and predictive maintenance routines.
- Strong communication skills and project management capabilities

5. RIGGER
- Pendidikan SMA/SMK
- Pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai Rigger
- Mampu mengindentifikasi potensi bahaya pengikatan kerja benda, alat bantu angkat dan angkut
- Mampu melakukan pemilihan alat bantu angkat dan angkut
- Memiliki sertifikat Rigger
- Memiliki SIO dan SIM BII Umum yang masih aktif
- Mampu bekerja secara team dan individu
- Mampu identifikasi semua Ukuran dan macam sling dan kapasitas nya
- Mampu identifikasi ukuran shackle dan kapasitasnya
- Harus tahu cari mengikat dan tali temali wire sling
- Harus tahu dan mampu signal man / aba-aba pada saat pengangkatan dengan menggunakan crane

6. CREW MECHANIC
- Pendidikan SMA/ SMK/ D3/ S1
- Usia 25 40th
- Pengalaman 3 - 6th terutama sebagai Mechanic Fixed Plant
- Paham dan familiar dengan peralatan produksi pertambangan seperti Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Slurry pump, Belt Conveyor System, Sag mill, Ball mill.
- Melakukan perawatan berkala pada mesin produksi
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang maintenance, diutamakan di sektor pertambangan Mampu bekerja secara team dan individu
- Memiliki integritas dan loyalitas tinggi Jujur dan disiplin.
