DATA SCIENTIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
A DSDP-Trainee is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are new to data science field and highly motivated to be an instrumental member of data analytics strategic in PT Freeport Indonesia.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in a related field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Science or Engineering with strong work ethics.
- Understanding of statistical and mathematical methods and concepts along with strong problem-solving skills with strong desire to discover insights.
- Knowledge of traditional machine learning algorithms, deep learning (preferable) and their applications.
- Familiarity with data science tools and software like python interpreter (Jupyter, Visual Studio Code) and python basic packages for data science such as: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn. Knowledge on deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or Pytorch is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both in English and Indonesian.
