REQUIREMENTS
- Min. D3 from any major
- Min. 2 years experience in related positions
- Have experience in heavy equipment
- Good understanding about work safety procedures and standards in accordance with work safety laws
- Good understanding of warehouse & inventory management
- Excellent communication & selling skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carry out the sales process
- Responsible for creating Quotations
- Responsible for Purchase Orders (PO) received from Customers
- Responsible for invoices sent to customers
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Carry out the documentation process for receiving and releasing goods
- Ensure the quality and quantity of goods received and sent
- Keep and maintain stock of goods in the warehouse
2. TECHNICAL TRAINER
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. D3 from Engineering
- Min. 3-6 years experience as a Technical Trainer (Heavy Equipment)
- Frequently create training materials
- Able to conduct training assessment or evaluation
- Able to maintain communication with customers regarding the products being trained
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent Ms. Office

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring availability of handouts and presentations, training
- Preparing training syllabus and materials
- Create training schedules and catalogs
- Providing theoretical training in accordance with company competency standards
- Create training/assessment reports
- Ensure all training documentation is neatly arranged
- Conduct assessments according to relevant competency standards
3. ADMIN WARRANTY
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 1 years experience in related field
- Understand about automotive and heavy equipment
- Have knowledge of the warranty process
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent Ms. Office
- Fluent in English
- Have basic technical skills
- Have a driving license (SIM) type A
- Location Jakarta
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administer all warranty submissions from branches
- Submit warranty claims to product principal
- Monitor warranty status (accepted, revised, rejected)
- Create monthly reports related to outstanding warranties
4. FORKLIFT SALES MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- Min. 5 years experience as Sales Head in heavy equipment or industrial company
- Having an extensive network in the steel or heavy industry
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent Ms. Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
- Understanding the bidding process
- Ability to work under pressure and target oriented

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase forklift sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
