BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • S1/ S2 in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistic Engineer or relevant field from reputable universities.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Consultant mindset.
  • Ability to communicate in a structured manner and effectively, with all audiences, including senior leaders, both verbally and in writing, in professional English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented.
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative and qualitative thinking and analysis.
  • Creative and effective solutions development.
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willing to travel to site(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identifying issues or areas for improvement.
  • Conducting thorough research and data analysis.
  • Developing effective strategies and solutions to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  • Creating detailed project plans, proposals, reports, and documentation.
  • Tracking the progress and impact of implemented solutions.
  • Adjusting strategies as needed based on feedback and results.
  • Conducting follow-up assessments to ensure long-term success.
  • Identifies and communicates internal strengths to support the change process.
  • Drives continuous improvement and focused on business planning.
  • Creates and identifies a roadmap for improvements.
