1. TALENT MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

A Talent Management & Organizational Development (TM&OD) professional is responsible for optimizing an organization's human capital by implementing strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. This role involves aligning the organization's people strategy with its business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews and talent calibration sessions.
  • Assess organizational culture and climate to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and build organizational resilience.
  • Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and develop improvement plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • S1 in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in organizational development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creating and managing initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall well-being 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale and engagement
  • Develop and implement employee relations programs (Ex: conflict resolution training and employee assistance programs)
  • Plan, manage, and ensure all permits required by the company are legally valid in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure company agreements, including work agreements, are in accordance with the rules and regulations
  • Reviewing employment agreements and contracts and ensuring that there are no clauses that are detrimental to the company or are not in accordance with laws and regulations
  • Resolve legal disputes related to employment faced by the company
  • Continuously update information regarding laws related to company employment
  • Provide recommendations for changes in the company's employment that need to be taken in the face of changes in applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide employment reports to government bureaus as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Min. S1 in Law
  • Minimum 5 years working (preferable from manufacture) as Employee
  • Relation/Industrial Relation
  • Experience in managing PP/ PKB and labor unions
  • Good command of English
  • Able to influence and mediate
  • Possesses analytical and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations (UUTK13 & UU ciptaker)
  • Strong in curiosity, humility, and critical thinking in order to analyze employees' problems

3. HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and align the implementation overall Human Resource strategy.
  • Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices.
  • Act as the Advisor to the business unit leaders in all areas related to human resource management and also ensure flawless delivery of HR services in accordance to the needs of the business.
  • Engage employees and all the operating business units and functions within the company and act as the first point of contact for employees and their managers in relation to performance counseling, advice and resolution on a broad range of general human resources issues to ensure and to improve employee engagement satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Develop and implement an effective Succession Management and Career Development Plan and Program - Policy, Procedure and Process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • S1 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and general affairs.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, especially Undang-undang Cipta Kerja.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, management, also direct engagement with external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify HR challenges and develop effective solutions.
