PepsiCo Indonesia secara resmi membangun pabrik manufaktur makanan ringan pertamanya di kawasan Greenland International Industry Center (GIIC), Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Pabrik ini ditargetkan dapat beroperasi mulai awal 2025, alias pembangunannya membutuhkan waktu sekitar dua tahun.
Pabrik ini berdiri di atas lahan seluas 60.000 m2 di Cikarang, Jawa Barat, dan akan menjadi tempat produksi sejumlah produk makanan ringan. Meskipun begitu, belum diumumkan merek atau jenis makanan ringan yang akan diproduksi.

1. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing especially in foods or snack production, with a minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, and proficient in establish a culture of safety and quality, especially in the food manufacturing industry
- Excellent in English communication
- Excellent in data analysis

2. PROCESS SPECIALIST
- Minimum of 5 years in the food manufacturing industry, with experience in the snack industry highly preferred
- Strong technical or engineering background with good analytical thinking

- Has strong ability to work independently and seek continuous areas of improvement
- Excellent in English
- Excellent in data analysis processes, and ability to use Tableu or PowerBI will be strong added value

- Minimum of 5 years in the food manufacturing industry, with experience in flexible packaging required

- Excellent in English
- Excellent in data analysis processes, and ability to use Tableu or PowerBI will be strong added value

4. PRODUCTION OPERATOR

- Attention to detail and basic technical ability.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including nights and weekends.

- Have sufficient experience in laboratory analytical skills including physical, chemical and also microbiological lab testing.
- Good in basic functions of computer skills, providing trend reports, and presentation slides.

7. QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
- Has 1-4 years of experience in the QC department in manufacturing. Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage
- Minimum of a diploma/vocational degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Technology

8. FOOD SAFETY TECHNICIAN
- At least 3 years' experience in QC department for manufacturing, with experience in food or pharma industry highly preferred

9. ELECTRICAL/AUTOMATION ASST. MANAGER
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a food production setting.
- Strong knowledge of equipment electrical operations, maintenance practices, and high-pressure equipment management.
- Familiarity with ISO management systems (9000, 14000, 18000, 22000), OHSAS, and HACCP.
- Proven experience in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules and improving key performance indicators like downtime and efficiency.
- Ability to manage operating and repair costs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in organizing technical training for employees and effectively collaborating with suppliers and contractors.
