1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – GEOTHERMAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, direct and monitor strategy of studying, researching and developing ideas for new products
- Plan, direct, and monitor all project resources in the field to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the specific
- To manage and provide leadership to Subordinates controlling on a day today basis all labor, direct or subcontract, and all non-labor resources to achieve the construction schedule and the project quality on the site.
- Ensure Subordinates plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings.
- Understanding the basics of the project budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget.
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 of Civil Engineering
- Min. 10 years of previous experiences in Construction for Geothermal industry
- Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized architectural data bases and/or CAD drawing systems.
2. ENGINEERING MANAGER – GEOTHERMAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, direct and monitor strategy of studying, researching and developing ideas for new products and the systems.
- Modify existing products or processes to increase efficiency or improve performance.
- Assessing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design.
- Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototypes.
- Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to Project Managers and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Engineering
- Min. 10 years of previous experiences in Oil and Gas operation, especially Geothermal industry
- Updated and proficient with Engineering Design software
- Good knowledge of best practice of Oil and Gas function
- Willing to be placed in site
3. QA QC MANAGER – GEOTHERMAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, direct, and monitor all detail tasks of QA/QC function within project and/or corporate, including vendor and site coordination and inspection.
- Monitor, review and issue project specific documentation such as method statement and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) etc. based on project requirements.
- Provide quality input and/or problem resolution to discipline engineers during design and procurement phases or construction supervisors during field construction phase.
- Review the quality system of new vendors/subcontractors and/or conduct the assessment of vendors performance and then prepares/updates the record of Assessed Vendors List (AVL).
- Develop, test and qualify the project welding specifications including welders/welding operators' qualification
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Engineering
- Min. 10 year of previous experiences in QA/QC implementation upon Oil and Gas sector, especially in Geothermal function.
- Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and implementation
- Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
