HR OPERATIONS SECTION HEAD
Ensure smooth and effective operation of HR processes, manage office operations and employee facilities, oversee personnel administration related to compensation and benefits, handle HR compliance tasks including labor permits and reporting, manage local recruitment processes to acquire qualified talent in line with company standards, and oversee the implementation and communication of company regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 from any major
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in the field of HR handling Industrial Relation, Employee Services, Personal Administration and Recruitment.
- Good communication, influencing and facilitating skills
- Good in analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- Experience in Mining Industry would be beneficial
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra
