1. COST ACCOUNTANT
REQUIREMENT:
- Min. S1 in Accounting or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Prepare comprehensive monthly budgeting reports and enhance financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Analysis company's monthly profit and loss statements to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
- Gather, research, classify, and evaluate data to provide valuable analytical support for business decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial information and insights are provided.
2. FACTORY PROJECT MANAGER
- S1 Management/ Accounting/ Industrial engineering
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Min 1 year of working experience
- Advanced in MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel
- Having a good analytical and logical thinking, creative and problem solving mindset
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skill, hardworking, and ready to work under pressure
- Good personality, humility and open-minded, collaborative and learn as a team.
- Willing to relocate to Batam, Riau Islands.
3. LOGISTIC OFFICER
- S1 in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Good analytical and logical thinking.
- Creative with a problem-solving mindset.
- Agile, willing to learn, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Placement in Batam, Riau Islands.
4. ENGINEER
- Min. S1 Computer Science, Mechatronic, or Electrical;
- Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, writing).
- Able to communicate in Mandarin;
- Advanced MS Office skill especially in MS Excel;
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skill,
- Hardworking, and ready to work under pressure;
- Excellent in working within a team, with good communication skills.
- Good attitude is a must.
- Good personality, critical thinking, and analytic skill
- Able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willing to work overtime to finish deadlines
- Willing to relocate to Batam, Riau Islands
- A Great team player.
5. QUALITY CONTROL STAFF
- S1 in Electronics/Industrial Engineering
- At least have 2 years Working Experience in Quality
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Able to use QC Tools and Good Computer Skills (Ms.Office etc)
- Pro-Active, Fast Learner, Excellent Analytical and Logical Thinking
- Good Communication Skill, Hard Working and ready to work Under Pressure
6. PRODUCTION STAFF
- S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Proficiency in using Ms Office Skills, especially MS. Excel
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in SMT assembly
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, implementing improvement initiatives, open-minded, and collaborative learn as a team
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and process improvements in SMT assembly
