WHAT WE OFFER:

During the program, trainees will acquire specialized technical skills in corn wet milling, sweetener production, utility and maintenance. WHO & WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- S1 in Engineering: Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer. (GPA Min 3.20)
- Fresh graduate or max of 2 years of full-time work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Growth mindset, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to rapid business changes.
- Strong business acumen and willingness to learn continuously.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to relocate to Cilegon.
