PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk didirikan pada tahun 2007 dengan nama PT Bakrie Steel Industries dengan tugas utama sebagai distributor komponen kendaraan komersial dan komponen logam lainnya. Pada tahun 2019, perusahaan fokus pada distribusi komponen kendaraan komersial dan peralatan berat untuk perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan, perkebunan kelapa sawit, perusahaan logistik, dan organisasi lainnya seperti Organisasi Angkutan Darat, Asosiasi Pengguna Truk Indonesia, dan Ikatan Pengusaha Otobus Muda Indonesia.
PT Bakrie Steel Industries terus menekankan komitmennya untuk menjadi salah satu penyedia suku cadang otomotif terkemuka (bahan casting & non-casting) dengan merek 'BOP', didukung oleh tim Engineering & Quality Control dalam mengembangkan produk otomotif berkualitas tinggi untuk Agen Tunggal Pemilik Merek (ATPM).
Pada tahun 2022, PT Bakrie Steel Industries, anggota Grup Bakrie & Brothers yang didirikan oleh Alm. H. Achmad Bakrie, berubah menjadi PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk setelah mendapat persetujuan dari para pemegang saham pendiri dengan fokus bisnis pada perdagangan & manufaktur kendaraan listrik (rakitan dan karoseri bus listrik) serta perdagangan suku cadang kendaraan listrik (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

1. PPIC SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control
- Strong understanding of PPIC or general SCM
- Good understanding of MRP systems and other planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of automotive business
- Placement in Magelang Plant
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute production plans, ensuring timely scheduling and delivery.
- Optimize inventory levels, implement control systems, and conduct regular audits.
- Oversee MRP for accurate demand forecasting and material planning.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics for efficient supply chain management.
- Monitor KPIs, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management for informed decisions.
2. WAREHOUSE & TRANSPORTATION STAFF
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse and transportation management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices
- Proficiency in warehouse and transportation management systems
- Excellent organizational and planning skil
- Good understanding of automotive business
- Preferably candidates from Magelang area
- Placement in Magelang Plant
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee the efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources. Manage the receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials, components, and finished products. Coordinate with production planning to optimize inventory levels
- Develop and execute transportation plans to ensure timely delivery of finished vehicles and components. Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to optimize transportation costs and service levels. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and transportation operations. Optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehousing and transportation. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure timely, clear and accurate reports to manager so that they are aware of the activity status and are enabled to make timely the right corrective actions
