INVENTORY ADMIN
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid understanding of warehouse management processes.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and pack items for shipment according to customer requests.
- Create accurate forecasts to anticipate future needs.
- Monitor and report stock levels, ensuring accurate physical inventory in the warehouse.
- Verify that stock counts are precise and match the records/system.
- Ensure all documentation for receiving and dispatching goods follows standard procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Assign and manage asset codes for inventory items.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
