1. HR RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract strong passive and active talent to fill open positions. 
  • Develop an understanding of future talent requirements and succession gaps to ensure a healthy pipeline of high potential for must-win battles 
  • Drive the candidate selection process and ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidate. 
  • Ensure that candidate assessment tools are used effectively to identify the right talent and lower the first year turnover of new hires 
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are fair and equitable and comply with all relevant local government regulations as well as global recruitment policies 
  • Focus on improving the quality of candidate and hiring manager interactions through the recruitment process to ensure a positive customer experience to support net promoter aspirations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. S1 in the related field of human resources from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a recruitment specialist or human resources. 
  • Experience in managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Ability to hunt for talent in the external marketplace using multiple sourcing channels including social media and social networking to identify, engage and inspire passive talent 
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills related to engagement with internal and external customers, HR stakeholders, team members, and external vendor recruitment partners 
  • Project management capabilities and familiarity with pulling together reports and presentations utilising Excel and PowerPoint skills

2. E-COMMERCE STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Manage operational online store (marketplace) including but not limited to Create and maintain store content and ensure all content is up to date and add products to store categories.
  • Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
  • Act as liason officer to communicate all onlines stores program and needs with third party market place Coordinate with other department, Customer service and Warehouse for better result.
  • Manage and monitoring online store’s stock.
  • Create marketing strategy, sales report, and data analysis.
  • Creating, testing, and iterating targeted segmented adverts
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns. 
  • Monitor online customer feedback and act as a liaison with customers to work with or resolve customer or product situations.
  • Set-up and optimise additional online sales channel: Shopee.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. S1/ S1, major is not specified; passionate in e-commerce or Internet industry development.
  • Good communication, coordination, analysis and expression skills.
  • Actively participate in the activities organized by the school, and have certain leadership and organizational skills.

3. LIVE STREAM OPERATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our TikTok shop/Shopee Live, including product listings, live-stream strategy, inventory management, and order processing
  • Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion on the TikTok/ Shopee live platform
  • Collaborate with the live-streamer & marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to promote our products on TikTok/Shopee
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues related to product quality or availability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in TikTok/Shopee live shopping to drive innovation and competitive advantage
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. S1 in any Major; passionate in e-commerce or live streaming strategy; with Min. 1 year related experience
  • Good communication, coordination, analysis and expression skills.

4. VIDEO EDITOR

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video content ideas that effectively communicate our brand message and marketing objectives. 
  • Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and audio quality. 
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that meet project requirements and brand standards, using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos. 
  • Manage and organize video assets, including footage, audio files, and project files, in a systematic manner for easy access and future reference. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography and video editing to continuously improve skills and techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. S1 in any major; preferably majoring in design, communications, or broadcasting. 
  • Mastering the professional standard of creative tools video software
  • Excellent knowledge of videography within the e-commerce domain
  • Fluent in English is a must

5. ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy on TikTok for multiple accounts within an one category, including video creativity, posting frequency, and engagement techniques to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Livestreaming Management: Plan and execute livestreaming activities, including themes, guest invitations, and interactive segments to engage viewers and boost sales across different accounts. 
  • Affiliate Collaboration: Collaborate with affiliate partners to drive joint marketing initiatives, enhance exposure, and increase sales for all accounts within the category. 
  • Video Content Creation:  Create captivating short video content, such as tutorials, product showcases, and entertaining videos, to enhance the online presence of each account.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze social media data, monitor performance, and provide recommendations for improvement to achieve performance goals for multiple accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of content creators and social media specialists, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent quality across all accounts within the category. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives across different accounts. 
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations for each account.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation for campaigns and ensure effective use of resources to maximize ROI across all accounts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, TikTok updates, and competitor activities to keep strategies innovative and competitive for the category. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns across all accounts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. S1; all majors are welcome to apply. Preferably majoring in Marketing/ Business/ Communication/ Commerce.
  • Has +3 years experience in a similar field (creative/ advertising media/commerce) or handling a related product line (home-living/fashion/beauty)
  • Good Bahasa Indonesia or English and Mandarin skills are preferred
  • Have a good awareness of cost management and be accountable for the entire team's revenue and expenses
  • Have basic management & leadership skills; able to independently lead the team to achieve team goals and targets set by the company
  • Have good market insight and learning ability, as well as certain data analysis abilities, and able to make strategic adjustments based on data
  • Have a certain ability to withstand pressure and dare to accept challenges

6. HOST LIVE STREAMING

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Arrange and prepare live-streaming materials
  • Hosting live streaming sessions
  • Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day live streaming operation (Tiktok Shop/ Shopee Live)
  • Creating good interaction, persuasive approach to the Customer, and to deliver information effectively
  • Contribute to the sales growth and contribute to the team achievement
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. D2 in any Major or High School with Min. 2 years related experience
  • Min. 6 Months related experiences
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English will be a plus
  • Unique personality (Engaging with your own character)
  • Have good speaking skill, selling skill, and persuasion skills
