Profil Perusahaan

PT. ABC Kogen Dairy merupakan anak perusahaan dari Grup ABC. Grup ABC adalah salah satu perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang telah berdiri di Indonesia selama 42 tahun. Contoh produk makanan dan minumannya seperti kecap, sambal, saos tomat, dan sirup. 

Pada tahun 2015, Grup ABC dan Mitsui & Co, salah satu perusahaan investor terbesar di Jepang, menjalin kerjasama dan membentuk PT. ABC Kogen Dairy, yaitu perusahaan manufacturing yang bergerak dalam memproduksi susu dan yoghurt. Produksi dilakukan di pabrik PT. ABC Kogen Dairy yang terletak di Jl. Raya Cicalengka - Majalaya Km. 1,5, Cicalengka, Kab. Bandung, Jawa Barat 40395. 

PT. ABC Kogen Dairy juga memiliki tempat peternakan sendiri di Garut yang besarnya 72 hektar, terdapat 800 ekor sapi yang diakomodasi di sana. Produksi susu yang dihasilkan PT. ABC Kogen Dairy juga sudah mencapai 100 juta liter per tahunnya dan dalam pembuatannya digunakan teknologi tingkat tinggi untuk memastikan hasil produksi susu yang berkualitas.

ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• S1 in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounts receivable or financial administration is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Placement in South Jakarta

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and ensure that each delivery order (GI) adheres to established procedures.
• Verify the completeness of delivery orders and follow up to ensure all documentation is received appropriately.
• Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) for each BKL shipment to ensure the smooth process of goods receipt.
• Prepare and issue billing for each sales transaction accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create and monitor invoice exchange transactions to ensure efficient processing.
• Update return transactions from the B2B website to ensure data accuracy and currency.
