KEY ACTIVITIES
- Support of Production Activities
- Entry data of production activities in order to achieve targets of data accuracy.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Accuracy data
- Availability of materials
- Training on ERP System
- Usage ERP System on Daily Bases
- Receive and reconcile deliveries against purchase order
- Weekly or Monthly reconciliation for raw materials and finished goods.
- Complete Order of office materials supply (stationery) documentation and transaction in the ERP system
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Have a positive working attitude, enable to communicate with others
- Computer literate is a must
- Command of English is advantage
- Familiar to work on site alone and/or in a supervision team.
- Must have a smartphone for work related used
