MT PROGRAM 2024 BATCH 2
Management Trainee Astra Daihatsu is a fast track development program that prepares you to be our future leaders. During the 12 month program, you will develop in our specific program in:
1. MT SALES SUPERVISOR
Responsible for leading sales team to achieve sales tacost ofcar units in Astra Daihatsu branch
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 from All Major
- Passionate to work in automotive Industry and have ambition to be a leader
- Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST
2. MT ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR
Responsible for ensuring all administrative processes in Astra Daihatsu branch running well according to SOP
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 from Economic Accounting, Management, Finance, Administration
- Passionate to work in automotive industry and have ambition to be a leader
- Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST
3. MT WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
Responsible for leading and managing. workshop in Astra Daihatsu branch
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or other relevant
- Passionate to work in automotive industry and have ambition to be a leader
- Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST
4. MT PART SUPERVISOR
Responsible for leading the part sales team to achieve sales target of amount spare part in Astra Daihatsu branch
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or other relevant
- Passionate to work in automotive industry and have ambition to be a leader
- Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST
