Kompas TV adalah salah satu jaringan televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia yang berfokus pada konten berita. Kompas TV dimiliki oleh KG Media, anak usaha Kompas Gramedia.

Diluncurkan awalnya sebagai penyedia konten dengan acara-acara berbasis hiburan pada 9 September 2011, perlahan-lahan statusnya berubah menjadi sebuah jaringan televisi, dan sejak 2016 acaranya menjadi berbasis berita sampai saat ini. 1. FINANCE COLLECTION OFFICER (JOIN ASAP)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Melakukan penagihan serta rekonsiliasi data piutang dengan klien
  • Melakukan konfirmasi ke klien terkait dengan kebutuhan kelengkapan pembayaran
  • Menjalin relasi yang baik dengan klien
  • Menjalankan dan memenuhi target kerja sesuai dengan KPI

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Min. S1 Akuntansi / Manajemen Keuangan dan jurusan terkait
  • Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang serupa, terlebih di perusahaan media diutamakan
  • Handal mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word) dan proses administrasi

2. GOVERN. & DIGITAL PLANNER SUPERINTENDENT

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Supervise a team in developing sales packages tailored to different categories: special projects, regular, digital, and targeted campaigns.
  • Evaluate and establish pricing structures for TV and digital inventory to maximize revenue.
  • Continuously update and maintain a competitive pricing database by category, including ministries, institutions, and political parties.
  • Lead and develop a team of two, setting clear goals and ensuring they are equipped to achieve sales targets.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
  • Create mapping of deal benefits and serve as the point of contact for monetizing occupancy and developing new inventory in general packages.
  • Ensure alignment with client KPIs such as CPM, roadblock strategies, view KPIs, and other targeted outcomes.
  • Assist the team in maintaining campaign performance that meets established KPIs and client expectations.
  • Use analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness and make strategic adjustments as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • S1 in Mathematics, Statistics , Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in media sales, including significant experience in managing government and digital sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage small teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills to oversee pricing strategies and campaign performances.
  • Advanced understanding of digital and TV media sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Ariana Nielsel and digital analytics tools.

3. MARKETING RESEARCH OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Create brand campaign database and market share analysis for Kompas TV
  • Renewing the ADEX brand industry in television and other media
  • Monitoring and analysis of occupancy by data traffic
  • Update rate-card and Gen21 system
  • Reporting and provide data before-after campaign client (FTA & Digital)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • S1 of any major, it is better to have experience in the field of marketing agency or media industry minimal 2 years in the same field is required for this position
  • Have a good knowledge in marketing research / market share
  • Able to operate Microsoft Excel & Ariana to do presentations
  • Have a passion for creative work
  • Have a curious mind and can think out of the box
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

4. NEWS CAMERA PERSON

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Capture high-quality video footage for news segments, live broadcasts, and special features with journalistic ethics and standards.
  • Work closely with reporters, editors, and producers to ensure the visual narrative supports the story.
  • Operate camera equipment on location for breaking news, live reports, interviews, and special events.
  • Coordinate with the news production team, reporters, and other staff to meet daily production deadlines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • S1 in Journalism, Broadcasting, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Camera Person in a news environment or television production (open to fresh graduates with internship experience)
  • Proficient in operating professional video cameras and familiarity with broadcast production software and basic video editing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifting hours, including weekends and holidays
