1. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end learning program such as module development, delivery, evaluation, and report.
- Design and expand learning & development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 from any major.
- Priority had experience to handle corporate training, minimum 4 years as a trainer.
- Effective in both spoken and written English.
2. GRAPHIC DESIGNER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing design concepts and ideas.
- Create graphics such as POSM design, digital content, flyers, posters, packaging etc.
- Keep updated with the latest design trends and apply them in daily work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 from Visual Communication Design, Visual Arts or related fields.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
3. IMPORT-EXPORT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Import Export daily operation controller, make Import & Export clearance approved by Customs.
- Evaluate shipping line & forwarder company to minimize shipment issues.
- Analysing Import & Export material to comply to all Customs regulation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 from Accounting, International Business, Law, Transportation Management.
- Preferable experience in import, export, purchasing background.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.
4. AREA SALES SUPERVISOR (PALEMBANG, JABODETABEK, SURABAYA, KALIMANTAN)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, monitor sales activity and plan. • Lead, coach, and direct salesman to achieve sales target.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 from Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Placement: Palembang, Jabodetabek, Surabaya, Kalimantan.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
5. DATA PROCESSING EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using the 'software' to prepare and process survey data for tabulation, data cleaning and validating using the 'software', data analyze.
- Running bespoke project analyses for consulting groups.
- To ensure all reporting and management requests are accurate and delivered on time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 from Information System, Informatics Engineering, or Statistics.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, SPSS.
- Having 1-2 experiences in market research data processing/analysis/tabulation.
6. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange and conduct HSE activities to achieve target and meet with budgeted cost.
- Ensure alignment of HSE activities with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, standard, and regulation requirements by PDCA cycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 from Safety & Environment, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering.
- Preferable 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Familiar with ISO.
- Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.
