RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT STAFF (HOME & PERSONAL CARE)
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Conduct internal tests on developed products, including sensory and application tests, and support the preparation of clinical trials for external laboratories.
- Conduct stability tests, analyze results periodically, and manage the completion of documents required for licensing (PKD, Halal, BPOM, etc.).
- Assist in sourcing raw materials and samples for product development and initiate product innovation.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO :
- S1 in Pharmacy/ Chemistry/ Biology or any relevant major with GPA minimum 3.30
- Have experience in developing personal care/cosmetics
- Have good laboratory skills, analytical thinking, and dynamic personality
- Know the selection of raw materials and processes to extend shelf life, repair, texture, etc.
