HRGA OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead internal community development initiatives, including mentoring programs, networking events, and social activities.
- Design and implement employee development programs focused on skill enhancement and career progression.
- Build strong relationships with various departments to ensure community programs align with the company’s business objectives.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- S1 in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a diversity & inclusion or organizational development role.
- Diversity & inclusion certification (if applicable).
- Understanding of legal frameworks related to diversity & inclusion.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Experience in the mining industry is a plus
- Having good confidence and initiatives
- Having good teamwork skills
- Willing to work in roster (5:2)
