1. B2B Marketing and Strategic Partnerships Manager

  • S1 in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of commercial/trade marketing experience preferably with Pharmaceutical industry

2. Principal Manager B2B Pharmaceuticals

  • S1 in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of commercial/trade marketing experience preferably with Pharmaceutical industry

3. Sales Supervisor

  • Mengetahui area dan pengalaman minimal 2 tahun menjadi sales supervisor di bidang farmasi
  • Bersemangat dan berkeinginan kuat untuk bekerja
  • Mempunyai komunikasi skill yang baik dan lancar
  • Target oriented
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di area Medan & Lampung

4. Accounting Manager

  • Min. S1 in Accounting
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in finance & accounting field
  • Experience as a team leader and proven as Accounting Manager min. 2-3 years
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical thinking and knowledge in accounting
  • Experienced handle tax and financial report
  • Excellent in leadership skill and decision making
  • High level proficiency in use of Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Willing to work fully from office (Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan)

5. Accounting Supervisor

  • S1 in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an accounting supervisor.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and basic mathematics.
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work fully from the office.

6. Accounting Staff

  • S1 in Accountancy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Proficiency) and Accounting Systems (Oracle)
  • Have experience in reconciling big data, handling vendor payment (AP) and accounting
  • Able to work individually or in a team
  • Detailed-oriented, fast learner, and agile
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Willing to work fully from office (Setiabudi, South Jakarta)

7. Business Development & Partnership Lead

  • More than 3 years of working experience in the preferred field
  • Have an experience in Lab, clinic, or pharma company is preferred
  • Have experience in B2B Sales in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Have a good communication skill, proactive & detail-oriented
  • Medical doctor is an advantage.

8. Performance Marketing Optimizer

  • S1 in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or graduate from digital marketing bootcamp/courses in comprehensive level with great portfolios
  • Minimum 1 year experience of handling hands-on inhouse performance marketing channels; Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads etc.
  • Excellence with spreadsheet based tools to process marketing attribution data i.e. Google Sheet and its its function/formula
  • Experience handling administration/paperworks taks for performance marketing inhouse and external channels
  • Highly attention to detail oriented person with track record of managing data related marketing process
  • Person with good and subtle in communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude, able to speak working environment level English, native Indonesian and Halodoc user
  • Demonstrate project management skills and stakeholder management
  • Big plus; experience in additional tools that are fundamental to running performance marketing channel i.e AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4 other relevant platform

9. Public Relation Specialist

  • Study major: Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing Communications 
  • 3-4 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a similar role. 
  • People-oriented: Naturally a social person with a genuine passion for connecting with people, building relationships, and understanding their needs. 
  • Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently, particularly in fast-paced and dynamic environments  
  • Able to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Experience in an agency is a plus point. 
  • Having a strong knowledge of traditional and new media + journalistic is a must. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Able to to communicate well with many levels from the entry-level staff to the executives of the company.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive situations. 
  • Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive 
  • Able to work individually or in a team setting 
  • Passion for the PR industry and its best practices 
  • Genuinely passionate about research 
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare, consumer goods) is a plus.

10. Security GRC II

  • 3-7 years of experience in security policy and controls development or incident handling.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems in cloud environment (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Working experiences in start up / consultancy / financial industry / technology is preferred.
