- Minimum 1 year experience of handling hands-on inhouse performance marketing channels; Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads etc.
- Excellence with spreadsheet based tools to process marketing attribution data i.e. Google Sheet and its its function/formula
- Experience handling administration/paperworks taks for performance marketing inhouse and external channels
- Highly attention to detail oriented person with track record of managing data related marketing process
- Person with good and subtle in communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude, able to speak working environment level English, native Indonesian and Halodoc user
- Demonstrate project management skills and stakeholder management
- Big plus; experience in additional tools that are fundamental to running performance marketing channel i.e AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4 other relevant platform
9. Public Relation Specialist
- Study major: Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing Communications
- 3-4 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a similar role.
- People-oriented: Naturally a social person with a genuine passion for connecting with people, building relationships, and understanding their needs.
- Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently, particularly in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Able to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in an agency is a plus point.
- Having a strong knowledge of traditional and new media + journalistic is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
