1. SALES REPRESENTATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and detailing our products to healthcare professionals.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and clinical information to healthcare providers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes.
- Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for products within the assigned territory.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- Experienced at least 1 year experience in Sales background or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Hospital Procurement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented.

2. SALESMAN/ COLLECTION STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and record progress information
- Sending bills to customers/consumers until it paid
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications
- To help recall product and process repeat order at the Branch Office
- Keep good relationships with customers/consumers
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 all Major (Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in collections or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.

3. FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 in Electro-medical Engineering (must have STR certification or registry license)
- Minimum one year of experience in the same position

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on medical devices
- Ensure proper functioning of devices/equipment and spare parts
- Ensure devices operate according to standards
4. SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 from a reputable educational institution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Package and send goods to customers
- Monitor temperature and humidity in the storage area
- Clean the storage area
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies, services, and equipment
- Coordinate order placement for goods and services
- Monitor the process of receiving and checking goods
- Pack goods and clean the warehouse
- Pack goods to be delivered to customers according to standard operating procedures
5. CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 in Electromedical Engineering
- Minimum one year of experience in the same position
- Good command of English (both oral and written)
- Knowledge about medical devices

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and create testing and calibration work methods
- Compile and create test and calibration worksheets
- Perform calibration testing activities and inspections of medical equipment maintenance
- Generate test and calibration results reports and maintenance inspections
6. SALES & MARKETING
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 Any Major
- Minimum one year of experience in the same position

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate the sales and marketing process
- Implement potential marketing promotion strategies to outlets
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets
7. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the administrative and secretarial tasks for the BOD Level and will involve a wide range of tasks including typing, filing, managing and handling incoming mails maintaining computerized databases
- Be a support system for CEO for assist in daily tasks.
- Planning and organizing meetings, events and schedules
- Storing and maintaining company documents and correspondence
- Drafting communications on your users' behalf (in English and Indonesian)
- Perform other duties as required or assigned, including high priority projects that need general support
- Taking the minutes of meetings and providing assistance to executives as required
- Arranging travel, preparing complex travel itineraries (flight, hotel, meals and other activities) for business and personal occasionally, travelling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Greeting and supporting CEO guests who are visiting for meetings or special occasions
- Other duties as may be delegated by the CEO or team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 in Secretary/ Public Relations/ Business Administration.
- Age 30-35 years old
- At least 5 year of working experience in the same field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt, initiative, agile, and attention to details.
- Able to work in close deadline and under pressure.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta and ready to join immediately.
8. APPLICATION SPECIALIST STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 in Biology or Biotechnology.
- Max 30 years old
- At least 1 year of working experience in the same field,

- Willing to traveling overseas unaccompanied

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trains and ensure that customers are properly and optimally able to operate the medical device and/or research laboratory products they have purchased.
- Re-trains clients when systems or technologies have been upgraded
- Provides on-going customer support and re-visits clients.
