1. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG
Quarry Operations Management :
- Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met, and resources are used efficiently.
- Manage day-to-day operations at the quarry ensuring reliable and sustainable operations with minimal maintance issues to meet / exceed customer requirements, whilst complying with all policies and regulations. this includes drilling and blast activities, and quarry sequencing.

Safety, Health and Environment :
- Manager SHE and legislative compliance for the Omya Quarries workes (both Omya Employees and contractors)
- Site executive authority and responsibility for Obligations under the Indonesia Mine SHE Act and Regs
- Site executive authority and responsibility for obligations under the indonesia transportation regulation and legislation ( transport safety)
- Liaise with quarry neighbours as necessary to ensure that Omya's reputation is enhanced and has a harmonious relationship
- Ensure all employees proactively take immediate action to stop and report unsafe condition at environmental, health, safety risks and prevent incidents
- Ensure a safe working environment

Supervision Role (Team & Subcintractors) :
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacture operations run according to established production specifications and schedules, volume, cost and wastafe targets and quality standards
Representative and Relations Duties :
- Ensure the group policies or country policies are clear and communicated to all employee
Administrative :
- Ensure all site employee has an annual appraisal with their direct report
- Ensure all site monthly reporting occurs in a timely and accurate manner
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- S1 in Mining Engineering, Minerals Engineering or similiar
- Min 5 Years experience in quarry operations
- Min 3 years experience as KTT Position
- Have POU, POM Lisences
- Placement Lamongan
2. SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER
Sustainability Function Management :
- Plan and implement sustainability programs and projects for properties under management (plants, quarries and mines).
- Oversee the ongoing sustainability management activities for properties under management.
- Advise on issues of environment and sustainability to ensure company standards or statutory requirements are met.
- Prepare property sustainability assessment reports to benchmark property performance and identify potential enhancements to existing sustainable property management plans.
- Undertake research to maintain a current knowledge base of relevant legislation; ensuring appropriate stakeholders are aware of substantial changes and the impact on current organization activities.
- May contribute to the preparation of tenders and/or property management service contracts; providing guidance on issues of sustainability to ensure company's standards and statutory requirements are met.
- Develop, monitor (data collection) and review QHSE Objectives and Targets and KPIs, e.g. LTA rates.
- Manage cost of QHSE management system implementation, development and maintenance.
Sites Compliance :
- Plants & mines: identify, assess and manage significant HSE risks that have the potential to disrupt business; Organize plant and mine QHSE audits and report outcomes, and assist sites to make improvement plans as needed.
- Plants under construction, and mines under development: work with Project Manager to manage construction site safety & environmental compliance; Ensure QHSE requirements are part of the tender and selection process.
- Raw Material Suppliers: work with Supply Chain Manager to manage supplied materials safety & environmental compliance; Ensure QHSE requirements are part of the tender and selection process.
- Traded Products: work with Product Manager to ensure products comply with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Advise sites in maintenance of legal compliance and risk assessment registers.
- Compile regular monthly HSE reports and participate in improvement plans preparation.
- Monitor and maintain environmental and safety compliance requirements on local and national level; Keep up to date with local and regional legal matters.
- Manage status report for productions plant and quarries (also for JV’s where Omya has significant risk exposure).
- Facilitate information sharing amongst sites (plants, quarries and mines) within the legal entity.
- Establish training requirements for QHSE responsibilities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- S1 and Certificate in occupational health and safety.
- Min 5 Years of relevant working experience in sustainability/ QSHE role in non-metallic mining, mineral processing or engineering, or heavy industry.

3. COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Lead the local Compliance Function and Support RAP Compliance Manager in regard to the following :
- Compliance assessments/audits
- Internal audits
- Internal controls enhancement
- Sanctions compliance
- Compliance Subject Matter Expert
- Local compliance / internal audit commnuity networking
Shared Responsibilities :
- All Internal control, risk assessment, audit and compliance are shared with the Regional Compliance Manager
Compliance Assessments/audits :
- Conduct risk-based site audits including follow-ups, continuous evaluation of the effeciency, effectiveness of business processes and underlying controls according to respective risk profile
- Conduct ad-hoc investigastions, including whistleblowing allegations
- Establish risk-based culture, e.g. through BPOs perform continuous country wise risk assessment, establish adequate action plans, monitor implementation and periodic reporting
Monitoring of Compliance Performance :
- Monitoring and status reporting of remedial actions defined in the compliance assessments/audits
- Monitoring of Gift & Entertainment process
- Internal Controls enhancement :
- Roll out internal control standards (e.g. Group Key Control) and if required, additional controls, preventive/detective and optimization measures tailored towards country context to meet effective application
Sanctions compliance :
- Monitoring of sanctions compliance process
Compliance Subject Matter Expert :
- Develop and coordinate effective educational programs, including but not limited to compliance landscape, internal control standards, Fraud, etc
- Advice the business on compliance matters relating to adherence to local regulations and third-party requirements
- Support Regional Compliance in implementation of Regional / Group Initiatives
- Networking & Realtionship building inside local professional community
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- S1 in Finance / Law
- 7 to 10 years related working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Knowledge and skills (general, technical and soft skills)
- Know how in internal audits
- Know how in business processes
- Know how in risk management
- Know how in compliance matters (FCPA,UK Bribery Act, UN/EU/US/ embargoes and trade regulations, anti-trust and anti-competition laws
- Ability to communicate openly and confidently
- Ability for systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems
