IT STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide day-to-day support for the system, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems in the office.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software application.
- Provide administrative document related IT Department, maintain accurate IT asset record, documentation.
- Assist in any IT related office project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- Experience min. 1 year is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, strong commitment and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge, keep up-to-date on the latest IT trends and best practices.
