1. SR. PROJECT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and other departments to align project objectives and ensure successful project execution
- Implement R&D also quality control processes due to Electric Vehicle (EV) function and manufacture
- Conducting regular project reviews and report
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience for Associate position and 3 years of experience for Senior position, both in project management. Preferably within automotive or electric vehicle industry
- Strong project management skills with experience in developing and executing project plans
- Understanding of electric vehicle technology and automotive manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
2. ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3. SR. PRODUCT QUALITY ENGINEER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the motorcycle assembly process
- Record and compile production outcomes, manage the transition of motorbikes, and ensure their accurate delivery to company
- Coordinate with the relevant team and third parties to guarantee the smooth assembly of Smoot Motor
- Ensure smooth production operations while maintaining motorbike quality in line with company's standard
- Prepare and deliver reports and summaries of production outcomes, repairs, and quality inspections
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment of automotive or electric vehicle
- Understanding of automotive mechanical systems, assembly processes, and production techniques
- Knowledge of automotive product quality control and practices
- Strong skills in coordinating and effective communication
- Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten
4. TAX OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to calculate monthly tax (VAT, WHT 21, WHT 4 (2), WHT 23, WHT 25, WHT 26)
- Tax planning, administrative, documentation, and reporting
- Support tax related ad-hoc analysis for internal and external use
- Prepare daily operational consultation in company to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulation
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 2 year of relevant experience in tax administration or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet is a must
- Hold Brevet A & B certifications is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail and accuracy
- Update with the latest tax regulation
5. FINANCE INTERN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports and statements
- Help with data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
- Provide support with administrative tasks
- Support Account Payable and Account Receivable
- Work closely with team members on various projects and financial initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Last year students are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Excel and Spreadsheet
- Previous coursework or experience related to finance or accounting is a plus
- Strong organizational, administration, and time management abilities
- Willing to WFO
