  • Japanese
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major

2. DEVELOPMENT PLANNER

  • Min. S1 Architectur and Planologi
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of MEP
  • Able to carry out regional spatial planning (master plan) & Landscape
  • Willing to be placed in a subsidiary of PT Suryacipta Swadaya (Subang)

3. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

  • Min. S1 from Economic (Finance, Accounting, Management)
  • Min. have 2 years experience in the same field
  • Have good leadership and time management skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

4. SALES SUPERVISOR (MANDARIN SPEAKING)

  • S1 in any major
  • Indonesian or Chinese
  • Preferably have a background in customer service, sales & property industry
  • Min. 2 years of working experience
  • Proficient in Mandarin & English
  • Willing to be stationed in Karawang (Shuttle Bus Jakarta-Karawang is available)

5. CIVIL SUPERVISOR

  • Min. S1 from Civil Engineering
  • Min. 5 years experience in the field of infrastructure & asset control, preferably those who have experience in Industrial Estates
  • Have the ability related to construction of both infrastructure and landscape, building, plumbing.
  • Have good analytical skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Able to speak English (Active or Passive)
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

6. QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST SUPERVISOR

  • Min. S1 in Civil Engineering or Management
  • Min. 5 years experience in the field of infrastructure, QA, and preferably those who have experience in Industrial Estate
  • Have ability in QMS and develop SOP QA
  • Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java

7. TAX SUPERVISOR

  • Min. S1 of Economic (Finance, Accounting, Tax)
  • Min. have 3 year experience in the same field
  • Have good knowledge about Tax Regulations and Procedures, e-SPT, e-Butpot, Tax Calculation and Tax Compliance
  • Certified (Brevet Pajak A & B)
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and Oracle System
  • Have good leadership, analytical thinking, and teamwork skill

8. FINANCE STAFF

  • S1 of Economic (Finance, Accounting, Management, Tax)
  • 1 year experience in the field of finance
  • Have ability in cash management and Ms. Excel
  • Good communication skill and persistence
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang

9. PURCHASING STAFF

  • D3 of Economy or Any Major
  • Proficient in using Ms. Office
  • Have ability in negotiation

10. TAX STAFF

  • S1 of Accounting and Tax
  • Min. 3 years experiences in tax and related field
  • Proficient in practicing, principles, standards, law & regulation accounting
  • Analytical thinking, high initiative and problem solving
  • Brevet A/B certification is preferred
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure

11. FINANCE SUPERVISOR

  • S1 of Economic (Finance, Accounting, Management, Tax)
  • Min. have 2 year experience in the field of finance
  • Have ability in cash management, financial reporting, and Ms. Excel
  • Good communication skill, analytical thinking, persistence
  • Have integrity and detail oriented
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang

12. ACCOUNTING STAFF

  • S1 of Accounting and Tax
  • Min. 3 years experiences in tax and related field
  • Proficient in practicing, principles, standards, law & regulation accounting
