JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 from Communication, Marketing, or any other related business-related preference
- Able to use Bahasa Indonesia Orally & Written.
- Able to speak English (plus point).
- Fresh Graduates are welcome, especially those with internship experience.
- Have good knowledge of customer needs and aftersales business process.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A responsive and problem solving person.
- Placement in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Area
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for replying chats actively and provide info regarding our products and services.
- Responsible for being a customer service for online stores by using good language.
- Respond to all customers' request in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional matter to customers.
- Generate service report containing user feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
