1. GENERAL ADMIN
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Submit all supporting documents (Cost Budget Plan, Term of Reference and Bill of Quantity) into the system before issuing an agreement with a third party in terms of procurement of goods or services
- Prepare memos and letters for internal and external purposes
- Administer any building management documents
- Checking and tracking vendor's billing documents
- Support any building management team in terms of administrative works
- Carry out any task given by Building Management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. D3 in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience in general admin
- Have a good understanding in administration works
- Result dan detail oriented, multi tasking, good communication and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Can work under pressure
- Willing work on weekends
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
2. CHIEF TENANT RELATION
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Handle and monitor complaint & request from tenant, including fit out request Carry out and monitor unit handover, including preparing invitation letter, checking unit condition and contacting unit owner
- Preparing tenant relation monthly report, including fit out activity and tenant move in/out
- Operate as a liaison between tenants and/or owner, ensuring good lines communications are being maintained at all times in order to build comfortable neighborhood
- Assist in inspecting tenant space, public areas, base building areas and grounds to ensure high level of maintenance
- Carry out any task given by Building Management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. S1 in Any Major.
- Having minimum 2 years experience as Chief Tenant Relation for Apartment & Commercial Building
- Fluent in English
- Able to coordinate with local government and vendor.
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
3. CHIEF ENGINEERING
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Prepare, monitor and execute preventive maintenance
- Minimize corrective maintenance
- Execute and monitor building defect works
- Prepare monthly report
- Prepare annual budget
- Evaluate engineering staff performance including third party vendors
- Carry out any task given by Building Management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. D3 in Mechanical Electrical
- Having experience as an assistant Chief Engineering / Chief Engineering or Senior Supervisor in Apartment/ Office/ Commercial Building is more preferred
- Result oriented, good communication and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Can work under pressure
- Willing work on weekends
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
