1. PROCUREMENT EVENT 

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
  • Bertanggung jawab sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan Team Event, baik barang maupun jasa.
  • Melakukan proses administrasi dari PO sampai dengan invoice vendor.
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam merekap dan menganalisa biaya produksi per-Event dan Production House (PH).
  • Bertanggung jawab secara end-to-end terhadap Event.
KUALIFIKASI
  • Berpengalaman 2-3 tahun dalam bidang Purchasing/Procurement/bidang yang terkait.
  • Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Google Workspace.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk Event.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk Production House (PH).

2. DIGITAL CREATIVE PLANNER

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing strategies and campaign concepts that align with client objectives and target audience.
  • Design end-to-end campaign plans, including roadmaps, journey mapping, touchpoints, and flawless implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with our Creative Lead and Strategist to craft visionary strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency across all creative deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, platforms, and trends in digital marketing and creative industries.
KUALIFIKASI
  • Experience minimum 2 years as digital creative planner in an agency
  • Copywriting expertise that leaves an impact.

  • In-depth knowledge of brand marketing strategies.

3. EVENT PLANNER

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
  • Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events, including corporate conferences, trade shows, festivals, and major social gatherings.
  • Coordinate with high-profile vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event logistics are seamlessly managed.
  • Support lead event planners in creating detailed event timelines, schedules, and ideation.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand complex event requirements and provide creative and logistical input.
  • Assist in on-site event setup, coordination, and teardown, ensuring all elements run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
KUALIFIKASI
  • S1 in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning ideation for large scale events
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with high-profile clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

4. UNREAL ENGINE DEVELOPER

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
  • Develop and implement new gameplay features within the Unreal Engine.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other programmers to create optimal
  • Debug, optimize, and ensure software stability in the game's engine.
  • Integrate assets from the art and design teams, ensuring they meet the necessary technical requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance the Unreal Engine as required for the game’s development.
  • Provide input during the design process and contribute to the overall game concept and playability.
KUALIFIKASI
  • S1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or working equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Unreal Engine Developer [interesting portofolio]
  • Proficient with C++ and blueprints in Unreal Engine.
  • Strong knowledge of the game development process and 3D game engines.
  • Understanding of network programming, physics, and AI within the Unreal Engine.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

5. SR SALES COMMUNITY (K-POP)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in paid promotions, event sponsorships, and social media advertising within the K-Pop sector.
  • Provide ideation on new business opportunities and services that can be offered to clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients, sponsors, and partners within the K-Pop industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage communication between clients and internal teams, effectively transferring briefs and information.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of campaign content, ensuring it aligns with client branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the events and talent management teams to identify opportunities for new events and talent engagements.
  • Assist the finance team in managing billings and financial aspects of projects.
  • Create pitching decks and present them to clients, showcasing our capabilities and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the K-Pop industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and business development efforts.
KUALIFIKASI
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, especially in a digital marketing & community development agency.
  • Deep understanding of the K-Pop industry and its community dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client pipeline with the ability to bring in and retain key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
