Global Mas Group is hiring:

1. HRGA STAFF

REQUIREMENTS:
  • S1 in Human Resources or related,
  • 2 Years of similar experience as an HR Staff,
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office and any HR software tools (Talenta would be a plus),
  • Exposure to labor law and employment regulations.
  • Salary 5.100.000 - 6.000.000/Bulan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests,
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees,
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing contracts,
  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team,
  • Assist with performance management procedures, employment
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas,
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff,
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors,
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews,
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Female
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English, Mandarin would be a plus.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with administrative, communication, translation, and clerical procedures.
  • Placement: Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat 
  • Salary 5.067.000 - 7.000.000/Bulan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist Project Manager in completing Multiple Business Tasks,
  • Manage supply chain, shipping, and customs clearance activities (monitor shipments, check and approve import costs, apply import quota/ import licenses, monitor clearance process lead time),
  • Follow up and ensure every container being hauled on time to avoid any demurrage / detention charges,
  • To handle any issue regarding administrative works, document editing, translation, importation, investigate the root cause, provide the corrective and preventive actions, proceed with the claim for all necessary,
  • To give feedback on the performance to the vendors / service providers, communicate the discrepancies on incoming shipment for further improvement and proceed with claim for all necessary,
  • To check and respond accordingly to the changes in HS code, Import & Export duty.
