REQUIREMENTS:
- SMA/ SMAK/ S1 in Business Administration or similar
- Have experience in HRD/SDM or similar min. 3 years
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have knowledge of Labor Law and practice as HR
- Able to manage data and systems (such as HRIS)
- Able to handle industrial relations issues
- Mastery of Microsoft Office World, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to join ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Payroll Administration : Process monthly payroll, including allowances and deductions, accurately.
- Handle daily HR matters (recruitment, training, attendance, etc.)
- Responsible for the monthly HR report.
- Handle employee database and ensure employee data is updated in the HRMS (contract expiration, probation period, update database for all employee status/level changes)
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
